We hope you all had a lovely Christmas. It’s that stage between Christmas & New Year where the leftovers are still on the go & we’re not quite sure what day of the week it is!
Easy does it
Every year around this time, a common phrase we hear & see all over social media is ‘New Year, new me’. This implies that huge change is neccessary to make the new year more successful than the last. At NutriKate, we believe in a slower & more sustainable approach. There are 365 days in 2021, you don’t have to make lots of changes on the very first day! Instead, look to start small – assess areas of your diet/lifestyle & pick 2-3 that will be easy to improve. Once these changes are second nature, you can begin to layer additional changes. This will help to ensure that your success is manageable & sustainable. Easy does it!
